The Chinese server is called "Serenity" I believe. A while back Chribba did a cool correspondence type thing where he signed up to see what it was like, wish I could find it now.

In some cases, the prices I've seen ISK spammers offer are actually MORE expensive than buying PLEX   I'd like to know why anyone would go for that. sigh...

Some of the more juvenile players get a hard-on over the perception of getting away with breaking the rules, even if it's ultimately more expensive.

I'm enough of an elitist dick to be willing to form a Jihad corp to wtfpwn-face rape the Isk farmers. Problem is, I'm not sure how to distinguish between a miner who is afk and a macro miner.

Niether.
This was pre-orcas and pre mining boost from what I remember.
When jetcan mining was the most profitable way of mining and Hulks was just as uncommon as a fair fight in lowsec.
These guys had a covetor in each belt and one hauler going back and forth emptying jetcans.

I was just a canflipping fuck that came and screwed them over on their profits, stealing their ore under their nose... every time.
They would resort to employing "guards" in heavily tanked combat ships, trying to flip the flipper, so to speak.

There were numerous tactics using game mechanics to get someone flagged and flashy red, without them realizing what was going on with their burning hull.
Can flipping was actually a nice profession, before medium cargo rigs and cheap Hulks.

I still have fond memories from perfectly executed bait and switch tactics using shuttle alts, a battlemammoth and a torp raven safespotted near the belts... oh the memories of melting isk farmers. :)

Saw a guy can flipping in Alentene last night and was seriously tempted to loot his can, then get all of Blue to plank him after he attacked me. Decided against as I was slightly drunk and unable to see past my keyboard.

hehe.. I'm always amazed when I see someone steal the loot from a wreck belonging to b-rep or r-fed.

especially when there's a fleet on the same grid and within 10 k's.

at least I haven't seen one whine in local yet after they get pwnt within seconds of opening the can
It's amazing the glory you can win with a Rifter, a handfull of Fusion S, and Balls

Your corp wont have kill rights on him. If u steal from him, HIS whole corp can shoot you. If he aggresses you, only you can shoot him. At least, that's what I've been told...
